Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using neonwala.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Products and Services

Neonwala manufactures and sells LED neon signs, custom signage, and related products. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products without prior notice
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Update product specifications and pricing

Custom Orders

Custom LED neon sign orders are subject to the following terms:

• Design approval required before production begins
• Production time is 5-7 business days after design approval
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started
• Final products may have minor variations from digital mockups
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate text and design specifications

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required in full before production begins
• We accept payments through Shopify Payments (credit cards, UPI, net banking)
• All transactions are processed securely through SSL encryption

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free Pan-India shipping on all orders. International shipping is available at additional cost.

• Standard delivery: 7-14 business days within India
• Tracking information provided once order ships
• Customer responsible for providing accurate shipping address
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery
• Delays due to customs or weather are beyond our control

Warranty

All Neonwala LED neon signs come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• LED failure under normal use conditions
• Electrical component malfunction

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Physical damage during shipping (must file claim with carrier)
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Outdoor use without proper weatherproofing (unless specified)

Intellectual Property

All content on neonwala.in, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Neonwala and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For custom orders, you represent and warrant that you own or have rights to any text, logos, or designs you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonwala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
