Our Commitment

At Neonwala, we stand behind the quality of our LED neon signs. We offer returns and refunds only for defective or damaged products to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Refund Policy - Defective Items Only

We accept returns and provide refunds exclusively for products that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Not functioning as described
  • Significantly different from the approved design or description

Important: We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or subjective reasons like "doesn't match my decor" or "changed my mind."

Custom Orders - No Returns

Custom LED neon signs made to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Product significantly differs from approved design mockup

We provide design proofs for approval before production to ensure accuracy. Once you approve the design, we cannot accept returns for subjective reasons like "changed my mind" or "doesn't match my decor."

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@neonwala.in within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos if product is damaged or defective
  4. Wait for return authorization before shipping product back

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approval notification within 2-3 business days
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Funds typically appear in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your LED neon sign arrives damaged or is defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@neonwala.in or +91 96654 85972
  2. Provide photos of the damage, defect, and packaging
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (your choice)
  4. We cover all shipping costs for damaged/defective replacements

Our quality control team carefully inspects every product before shipping. If you receive a defective item, we'll make it right immediately.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for standard products within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us to initiate an exchange request.

Warranty Coverage

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED failures under normal use. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and refunds. See our Terms of Service for complete warranty details.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made LED neon signs (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products returned after 7-day window
  • Shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Standard products: Cancel within 24 hours for full refund
  • Custom orders: Cancel before design approval for full refund
  • After production starts: Cancellations not accepted
