Free Pan-India Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within India, regardless of order value. Your LED neon sign will be carefully packaged and shipped directly from our Pune facility to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Standard Products

  • Ships within 2-3 business days after order confirmation
  • In-stock items ready for immediate dispatch

Custom Products

  • Design approval process: 1-2 business days
  • Production time: 5-7 business days after design approval
  • Total timeline: 7-10 business days from order to shipment

Delivery Timeline

Within India

  • Metro cities: 7-10 business days
  • Other cities: 10-14 business days
  • Remote areas: 14-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship internationally upon request. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Contact us at support@neonwala.in for a quote. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Carrier name and tracking link
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order status 24/7 using the provided tracking number on the courier's website.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your LED neon sign to ensure safe delivery:

  • Bubble wrap protection for the sign
  • Foam padding to prevent movement
  • Sturdy corrugated boxes
  • "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" labels
  • Moisture protection for outdoor-rated signs

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us at support@neonwala.in within 48 hours
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or package is marked as lost, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the courier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails:

  • You will receive notification to reschedule or pick up from local courier office
  • Package held for 7-10 days at courier facility
  • If unclaimed, package returns to us and you may be charged return shipping fees

Signature Required

For high-value orders (₹15,000+), signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (physical address required)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain restricted areas (as determined by courier)

Holiday Delays

Shipping and delivery may be delayed during major Indian holidays (Diwali, Holi, etc.) and peak shopping seasons. We will notify you of any expected delays.
